PocketBook Verse Pro VS PocketBook Verse Pro Color

I am all to PocketBook. Already own two BW e-reader from that brand. Love them!

Now I'm in the market for 6" reader. Looking at Verse Pro or Verse Pro Color. The price is the same for both, but I read a lot about BW is better if you only read books, like I do. I don't read manga or comics.

I would like to hear comments from those that probably have both devices or similar. And comments on color e-readers screen. I know it is nice to have, but not sure if the Kaleido 3 is "good enough" for colors.

Looking for 6" myself too. I would go with the BW version. I don't think the Kaleido 3 is good enough at this stage. The PPI is 150 for colour, for BW is 300. So if you only read books with no colour images that you would like to have, I think the Verse Pro (non-colour) is the way to go. Unless you really want to see those colourful book covers in the library.

You got me thinking to buy the Verse Pro now. I am also a PocketBook "fan".

Yes, I am leaning towards BW version now. Too many compromises with the color version.

Agree, I've ordered the Verso Pro (BW), Passion Red with the red shell cover directly from PocketBook website.

I am eagerly awaiting to use the 6-inch e-reader.

Perfect! I'm still deciding, but maybe I'll just stay with my 7" Era. Not sure about purchasing another ereader.
