Kindle Paperwhite 12th Edition – Cover Sizes Issue

I'm having trouble with book covers not showing up when I send files via Calibre. However, when I use the "Send to Kindle" feature from Amazon, the covers do appear but they’re all different sizes. I’d really like them to all be uniform. Is there a way to fix this in Calibre? If so, could someone explain how? Or is there another way to get them all the same size?
