E-readers with accessibility features for limited mobility

E-readers
Kobo New
I’m looking for an e-reader with accessibility features for someone who has limited hand mobility. Tablets can be controlled by voice or switch access, so I’m wondering if any e-readers offer similar options. I assume Android-based devices might have this, but I’m not sure.

If anyone could share screenshots of accessibility settings on their e-readers, that would be really helpful.
