E-Reader and E-Ink Phone Combination : Two Devices or One?

E-readers
Kindle Papwerwhite
The other day I backed the Mudita Kompakt on Kickstarter—an e-ink phone with eReader capabilities that handles ePUB and PDFs. The screen looks great from the videos and pictures, but it’s smaller than the Boox Palma (It should just be a phone!)

So, what do you think—would you go for an e-ink phone and eReader combo, or is it better to stick with two separate devices?
