Amazon is gearing up for Black Friday with major discounts on its Kindle range, traditionally a popular time for Kindle purchases due to the steep price cuts. This year is notable for the introduction of the Kindle Colorsoft, Amazon’s first color e-reader, alongside other new models like the 2024 Kindle and Kindle Paperwhite.

However, the Kindle Colorsoft is unlikely to see a discount due to ongoing issues with a yellow band defect, leading to shipment delays into December or even next year.
