Black&white e-reader? Coloured one? I use an e-reader for reading books. I think that is their intention. Furthermore, I don't need a coloured device, as I don't read comics or manga. Coloured e-readers also tend to have darker screens when used without a front light. The screen could feel washed out as the screen resolution on coloured e-ink is currently at 150 PPI, while the black-and-white is 300 PPI. That being said, that doesn't mean I am not interested in the colour e-ink...
